FAQ's

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

When booking your training, you have two payment options:

  • PAY IN FULL:

Add your training to the cart and complete checkout. Then, click the "Schedule Training" button on your chosen training page to select your date. Use code PAID at checkout on the booking site to avoid being double-charged.

  • PAY A DEPOSIT:

Go directly to the "Schedule Training" button on the training page and pay the deposit to secure your date. Please note: partial deposits (paying half) are not available for trainings—this option only applies to brow service appointments.

⚠️ Important: Your training date is not secured until you complete your booking through the Schedule Training button.

Who is this training for?

Whether you’re just starting your brow journey or looking to elevate your skills, this masterclass includes both fundamental and advanced techniques that will set you apart in the industry.

Do I need to bring anything?

No! A professional brow kit (including lamination, wax, dye, and tools) will be provided for you to use during the training with a printed manual.

Do I need a model?

Yes, you’ll need to bring a live model for the hands-on portion of the training. If you’re unable to secure a model, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Models cannot be using Retinol or any other skin-thinning products. Must have at least 3–4 weeks of brow growth to ensure optimal results.

No recent brow treatments (such as waxing, tinting, or lamination) within the last 4 weeks.

What’s the payment policy?

$500 non-refundable security deposit is required to secure your spot when booking.

The remaining balance is due the day of your training – cash preferred

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Due to the nature of the training, the $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to transfer your deposit to a future date.
